Shipping:

  • $8.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 days unless pre-sale items!
  • When ordering please ensure address is correct! Sassy Pines is not responsible for wrong addresses entered by customer.

Please note - The Sassy Pines team works very hard to process, pack and ship orders same day or the next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Returns: 

  • Returns must be postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of receiving.
  • Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor or damage.)
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned and will be labeled appropriately on website! 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please allow 2-4 days for items to be processed back & for credit to be issued to your email provided. 


Canceled Orders: 

  • Items are eligible for cancelation up to an hour after order is placed for a full refund with reason.
  • Items are not eligible for cancelation after packing slip has been printed and is being processed.
